  • Automatic Renewal: By subscribing to our services, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period according to the plan you selected. The renewal fee will be automatically charged using the payment method provided at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellation Notice: To prevent automatic renewal, you must send a cancellation notice via email or WhatsApp at least 48 hours before the next renewal date. If no cancellation notice is received, the charge for the next period will occur automatically.

  1. Refund Policy
    All payments are non-refundable. Once the payment is made, it cannot be refunded, and no requests for cancellation of charges or renewal payments will be accepted after they have been processed.
    Future payments can only be canceled by submitting prior notice as outlined in the "Cancellation Notice" section above.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your Instagram account details, in order for the system to function effectively.

  3. Limitation of Liability
    Savvy Work AI provides Instagram marketing services, but we do not guarantee specific results such as follower growth, engagement, or marketing success. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
    Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  4. Changes and Updates
    We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date, and the updated terms will apply to all services provided after the changes are published.

  5. Termination of Services
    Savvy Work AI may suspend or terminate access to services at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in illegal or unethical activities related to the use of our services.
